Centre Manager – Diagnostic Services

About the role

The Centre Manager will lead the Brighton Diagnostic Treatment Centre, one of Medical Imaging Partnership’s flagship facilities. Reporting to the Executive Team, you will be responsible for the operational, clinical and commercial performance of the centre while shaping its future growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality patient care.
• Maintain CQC registration and ensure compliance with governance, safety and quality standards.
• Drive operational performance, utilisation and service excellence across imaging modalities.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand services and create new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with clinicians, consultants and operational leaders to improve patient experience and clinical outcomes.
• Monitor financial performance, budgeting and commercial contracts.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in a diagnostic or medical imaging environment.
• Strong understanding of NHS/UK healthcare regulations and CQC requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, drive performance and grow services.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
