Centre Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead one of our automotive service centres in Trowbridge. You will be responsible for driving business performance, ensuring an excellent customer journey and managing a high‑performing team within the UK’s largest vehicle service, maintenance and repair network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of technicians and advisors to achieve sales and service targets.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, quality and regulatory standards.
• Monitor key performance indicators, manage stock and control costs.
• Drive revenue growth by promoting additional services and products.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and team‑management experience in automotive or a similar high‑turnover environment.
• Track record of meeting sales targets and KPI objectives.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with in‑house IT systems.
• Ability to deliver on‑the‑spot training and coaching.
