Channel Sales Account Manager

About the role

RM is looking for an experienced Channel Sales Account Manager to lead and expand our sales efforts through existing channel partners. You will be responsible for retaining high‑value partners, helping them reach new customers, and driving revenue growth across the education and public‑sector markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing channel accounts, ensuring partner satisfaction and revenue targets.
• Support partners in targeting new customers, qualifying leads, and cross‑selling RM solutions.
• Lead the sales process for both formal bids and informal opportunities, coordinating with bid teams and the Go‑to‑Market function.
• Develop detailed solution proposals, implementation plans, pricing structures, and win themes to differentiate RM in competitive bids.
• Engage with key contacts within partner organisations to identify and qualify opportunities, converting them into orders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in channel sales or partner‑focused account management, preferably within education technology or related public‑sector markets.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work collaboratively across bid, product, and market teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
