Chartered Legal Executive – Wills & Planning (Full/Part Time)

About the role

We are seeking a Chartered Legal Executive to supervise and review wills, trusts and lasting powers of attorney within our estate planning team. The role offers flexible full‑time or part‑time hours, with no billable targets, and can be performed remotely or on‑site in London.

Key responsibilities

• Review and ensure legal and technical accuracy of wills, trusts and LPA documents.
• Provide feedback and required changes to meet clients’ estate planning objectives.
• Collaborate with solicitors and technical professionals to progress files.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and quality assurance processes.
• Support the estate planning team with ad‑hoc queries and technical guidance.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor, CILEX, STEP or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of estate planning and wills writing.
• Experience in tax planning related to lifetime planning.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
