Chemist - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced chemist to support the training of artificial‑intelligence models. In this remote contractor position you will design challenging chemistry queries for AI chatbots, assess their responses, and help improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate complex general, organic, and physical chemistry questions for AI systems.
• Evaluate chatbot outputs for accuracy, logical consistency, and overall quality.
• Provide feedback and corrective data to guide model refinement.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical abilities.
• Solid knowledge of general, organic, and physical chemistry concepts.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s or PhD in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering is preferred but not mandatory.
