Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) – Institutional Fintech

About the role

ReBloom, an AI‑native fintech platform based in Copenhagen, is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to lead its institutional marketing function from day one. You will shape how the company is perceived across global institutional markets and drive growth without a large budget.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute ReBloom’s institutional marketing and brand strategy with creativity and resourcefulness.
• Identify unconventional, high‑leverage channels to reach asset managers, family offices, investment banks and fund managers.
• Build and lead content, thought‑leadership and communications programmes targeting sophisticated financial professionals.
• Develop market positioning and messaging that resonates with institutional investors.
• Drive awareness and credibility across Europe, the UK and North America.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and commercial team to align marketing with deal flow and business‑development priorities.
• Own digital presence, events strategy and PR, continuously testing and iterating.

Required profile

• Proven experience marketing to or within institutional investment markets (asset management, private equity, wealth management, investment banking, etc.).
• Deep understanding of how institutional decision‑makers consume information and engage with new platforms.
• Track record of building brand authority in a sophisticated B2B financial context with limited resources.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, able to translate complex financial concepts into compelling narratives.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, resourceful and creative, eager to build a function from scratch.
• Fintech, capital‑markets or private‑markets experience is a strong advantage.
