Chief Operating Officer (COO) – FinTech & Blockchain

About the role

We are seeking a visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead day‑to‑day operations of our fast‑growing FinTech and blockchain enterprise. The COO will partner with the CEO and Board to shape long‑term strategy, drive global expansion, and ensure operational excellence across all functions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily company operations.
• Formulate and execute operational strategies that support sustainable growth.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve operational systems, policies, and internal controls.
• Monitor departmental performance and enhance efficiency and execution capabilities.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive KPI framework.
• Coordinate collaboration among Finance, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Technology, and Product teams.
• Lead global business expansion and strategic initiative rollout.
• Assist the Board and CEO in long‑term development planning.
• Build and nurture a high‑performance management team.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Engineering, or related fields.
• 20+ years of corporate management experience, including 15+ years in senior executive roles such as COO, VP, or General Manager.
• Proven track record in large‑scale enterprises, FinTech firms, financial services, or technology companies.
• Exceptional organizational, strategic execution, and cross‑functional leadership abilities.
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial, and innovative environment.
