About the role

The firm is a modern, multi‑discipline Legal 500 practice based in West London, seeking an experienced Childcare Solicitor. You will manage a varied caseload of publicly funded childcare matters and occasional private children cases, working autonomously with strong support from the team.

Key responsibilities

• Handle public childcare litigation and advisory matters from inception to resolution.
• Occasionally manage private children cases, providing tailored legal advice.
• Maintain and develop client relationships while ensuring high service standards.
• Collaborate with other practice areas to deliver multidisciplinary solutions.
• Contribute to the firm’s growth by identifying new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
• Recent, relevant experience in publicly funded childcare matters.
• Residency within a reasonable commuting distance to West London.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality legal services.
