About the role
We are looking for a passionate Classroom Teacher to join Wool CE Primary School and Pre‑School in September 2026. You will lead a combined Year 3 and Year 4 cohort, delivering engaging lessons and supporting pupils’ academic and personal development.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver curriculum‑aligned lessons for Year 3 and Year 4 pupils.
- Assess student progress, provide feedback and adapt teaching strategies as needed.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents and the wider school community.
- Participate in professional development and appraisal processes.
Required profile
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Commitment to the school’s values of diversity, inclusion and professional generosity.
- Ability to work with pupils at different stages of learning, from early‑career to experienced educators.
- Willingness to undergo pre‑employment checks, including health, Enhanced DBS and Child Barred List checks.
