About the role

Rodericks Dental Partners is seeking a reliable Cleaner to maintain a pristine environment across its Grange Park, Northampton practice. This 0‑hour position supports both clinical and administrative areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming space for patients and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitise all clinical and non‑clinical areas to the highest hygiene standards.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and infection‑prevention protocols.
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, reporting any shortages.
• Assist the practice team with occasional additional tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a cleaning or hygiene‑focused role is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and professional attitude.
