About the role
Join the cleaning team at a Royal Mail processing centre in Chorley. You will help maintain a safe and tidy environment for staff and operations, working on a full‑time temporary basis.
Key responsibilities
- Clean operational areas such as sorting floors, staff rest areas, toilets and offices.
- Maintain high cleanliness standards in high‑traffic environments.
- Follow COSHH and Health & Safety procedures at all times.
- Complete routine cleaning checklists and report any site needs.
- Work independently or as part of a cleaning team across large areas.
Required profile
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow cleaning schedules and instructions.
- Reliability and good time‑keeping.
Required skills
What we offer
- Working hours: Monday‑Friday 06:00‑10:00 & 06:00‑11:00.
- Pay rate: £12.71 per hour.
- Assignment starts ASAP with a defined start date of 03/07/2026.
