About the role
Join a busy Royal Mail Mail Centre as a Cleaner, helping to keep the facility safe, hygienic and operational. You will work across large areas, ensuring high‑traffic zones remain spotless while following strict health and safety guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Clean sorting floors, staff rest areas, toilets and office spaces.
- Maintain high cleanliness standards in high‑traffic environments.
- Follow COSHH and Health & Safety procedures at all times.
- Complete routine cleaning checklists and report any site needs.
- Work independently or as part of a cleaning team across large areas.
Required profile
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow cleaning schedules and instructions.
- Reliability and good time‑keeping.
Required skills
What we offer
- Shift pattern: Saturday to Tuesday, 14:00‑22:00.
- Pay rate: £14.30 per hour.
- Temporary assignment ending 31/10/2026, start ASAP.
