Cleaner/Housekeeper – Part‑time Temporary (Bath)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Cleaner/Housekeeper to join a friendly team in Bath. This part‑time, temporary position involves maintaining communal areas and ensuring a welcoming environment for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Keep reception, offices, amenities and restrooms spotless.
• Perform daily litter picks and maintain external areas.
• Refresh empty apartments and show flats to a market‑ready standard.
• Respond courteously to resident queries and support the wider team.
• Log maintenance issues and uphold health & safety standards.
• Manage cleaning supplies efficiently.

Required profile

• Previous cleaning experience in customer‑facing settings.
• Good understanding of UK health & safety and COSHH guidelines.
• Confident and safe use of cleaning equipment.
• Flexible, can‑do attitude with a focus on resident service.
• Strong communication and friendly approach.

Required skills

• Use of cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Knowledge of UK health & safety regulations.
• Knowledge of COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) guidelines.
• Inventory management of cleaning supplies.
