Cleaning Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our growing team. The role is permanent and mobile, covering multiple client sites across West London, offering varied working hours based on operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Perform end‑of‑tenancy cleans to a high standard.
• Deliver one‑off and specialist carpet cleaning services.
• Provide holiday cover, mainly in office environments.
• Support the management team with day‑to‑day operational tasks.
• Assist with mobilising and setting up new client sites.
• Conduct quality‑control checks and site audits.
• Deliver cleaning products, equipment, and supplies to client locations.

Required profile

• Based in West London (essential).
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Previous professional cleaning experience.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of work.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence (preferred).

Required skills

• Knowledge of cleaning products, chemicals and techniques.
