Client Delivery Coordinator

About the role

The role aims to work within the coordinator team in our Client Delivery Centre (CDC), achieving excellent feedback on our service to our clients. You will be responsible for delivering an outstanding candidate experience while supporting client delivery within defined service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent candidate experience and support candidate sourcing via GTI and external databases.
• Manage all candidate queries through phone, email and the customer support desk.
• Provide regular status updates to candidates in the pipeline and track referrals for each client.
• Conduct candidate briefing calls, feedback calls and campaign evaluations.
• Facilitate adjustments for candidates during the selection process and measure delivery through campaign NPS scores.
• Ensure client delivery Service Level Agreements are met and manage all client and campaign activities within SLA timeframes.
• Support ad‑hoc client requests and build knowledge of each client’s systems and processes.

Required profile

• Strong team‑working skills with the ability to share workload.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and ambiguity.
• Organised, able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent phone manner and written communication.
• High attention to detail and self‑motivated initiative.
• Computer literate with experience using email, internet and MS Office packages.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing environment is preferable.
