Client Director

About the role

We are partnering with a long‑established, well‑backed insurance brokerage that is entering a rapid growth phase. As a Client Director you will build and own a portfolio of high‑value clients, benefiting from a transparent earnings structure and a long‑term incentive plan that rewards the true value of your book.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business and expand existing client relationships across the UK.
• Maintain a high level of client retention through proactive relationship management.
• Deliver revenue targets and earn a percentage of all new business written once thresholds are met.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to support the company’s five‑year expansion strategy.
• Leverage technology and automation tools to minimise administrative tasks and focus on client growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Account Executive, Account Director or Client Director in a revenue‑generating role.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of building profitable client books.
• Desire for long‑term ownership‑style upside rather than short‑term commission only.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative, low‑bureaucracy environment.
