Client Liaison Manager

About the role

As a Client Liaison Manager at Avery Healthcare, you will lead the Sales & Marketing function for Beaconsfield Heights Care Home. You will be responsible for driving occupancy, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring a seamless experience for prospective residents and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Sales & Marketing department, ensuring sales targets and deadlines are met.
• Handle all inbound enquiries – phone, email, brochure requests, and online queries – with a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline of potential residents, forecasting admissions to maximise revenue.
• Develop new contacts and nurture relationships with key influencers in the care sector.
• Ensure all marketing materials and communications adhere to brand standards.

Required profile

• Full clean UK driving licence.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close sales deals.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.
• Previous experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably within healthcare or residential care.
