Client Manager – Accounting & Tax Services

About the role

We are seeking a Client Manager to lead the delivery of compliance and advisory services for a diverse portfolio of accounting and tax clients. You will work within a growing chartered accountancy firm, supporting both client outcomes and the development of the internal team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of accounting, tax and compliance services for a varied client base.
• Provide strategic advice on planning and advisory projects across accounting and tax.
• Oversee the quality and timeliness of compliance work.
• Mentor, support and develop junior team members.
• Contribute to the growth and continuous improvement of the practice.

Required profile

• Qualified ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent.
• Significant experience in a UK accountancy practice covering accounts, tax, audit or related services.
• Proven track record at Client Manager level or equivalent senior role.
• Motivated to progress within a dynamic, independent firm.
