About the role

Join IRIS Recruitment as a Client Payroll Executive, delivering end‑to‑end payroll services for a diverse portfolio of UK clients. You will be the trusted point of contact for payroll queries, ensuring accuracy, compliance and exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process client payrolls accurately and on schedule.
• Serve as the primary contact for payroll‑related queries.
• Maintain compliance with UK payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
• Produce payroll reports to support client decision‑making.
• Keep accurate payroll records and employee data.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client service.
• Identify and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in payroll processing.
• Experience managing multiple client payrolls simultaneously.
• Background in a payroll bureau or managed services environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
