Client Relationship Executive – Part‑Time

About the role

This part‑time position is ideal for a confident, proactive professional who enjoys building relationships and supporting business development. You will work closely with the senior sales team to generate new opportunities and arrange client appointments in Crawley.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective businesses using a pre‑populated database.
• Research and identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
• Follow up calls with professional email correspondence.
• Schedule appointments for senior sales staff via Outlook calendars.
• Keep accurate records of all communications and activities.
• Support broader business development and marketing initiatives.
• Attend selected client meetings alongside senior colleagues as experience grows.

Required profile

• Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills.
• Confidence in making outbound calls and building rapport.
• Proactive, positive and professional attitude.
• Strong organisational ability with great attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
• Previous experience in administration, customer service, sales support or business development is advantageous but not essential.
