Client Relationship & Growth Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Client Relationship & Growth Manager to build a new business development engine for our corporate events division. Working hybrid in London, you will own the lead generation process, manage the CRM and turn qualified briefs into winning pitches.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively generate leads targeting corporate decision‑makers in finance, pharma, automotive and technology.
• Maintain and enrich the CRM database, tracking and nurturing B2B opportunities.
• Secure briefing meetings and convert them into qualified event briefs.
• Develop pitch strategies and proposals together with senior leadership.
• Coordinate with internal designers and an external social‑media agency on outbound campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven consultative B2B sales experience, preferably in a marketing or lead‑generation agency.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, manage a CRM and book meetings with senior corporate stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the corporate events market, especially within finance, pharma, automotive or technology sectors.
• Self‑motivated, confident and comfortable owning a function from the ground up.

Required skills

• CRM (experience managing and nurturing leads within a CRM system)
