Client Relationship Manager – Property

About the role

Our client is on a mission to change the landscape of the property industry across the UK. Due to exciting expansion, they are looking for a candidate interested in building a career in property and helping onboard new client acquisitions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients and manage full‑cycle client enquiries.
• Maintain and update client records and databases.
• Manage diary, appointments, and agenda efficiently.
• Promote the brand through social media marketing and networking events.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years experience in account management, client relations, sales, training or business growth.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Adaptable, proactive and able to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
• Confident in building strong relationships with diverse clients.
• Proficiency in fundamental IT skills and social media platforms for business growth.
• Experience in property‑related sales & lettings is a plus, but not essential.
