Client Service Manager - Motor Claims

About the role

The Client Service Manager for Motor Claims will be the primary point of contact for Davies’ insurance market clients, building trusted advisory relationships and ensuring first‑class service delivery. You will manage the full client lifecycle from onboarding through ongoing performance reporting, acting as the bridge between client needs and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day interactions with a portfolio of core and volume motor clients, maintaining strong relationships with technical and supply‑chain teams.
• Champion client needs internally, ensuring service delivery aligns with contractual obligations, SLA/KPI requirements and proactive issue resolution.
• Support the planning and delivery of new motor client onboarding, coordinating internal setups and configurations.
• Liaise with client reporting teams to produce accurate management information and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Stay informed on motor market developments, pre‑empt challenges, and alert clients to relevant industry changes with suitable solutions.

Required profile

• Relationship‑management experience in the insurance industry.
• Confident communicator capable of building lasting relationships.
• Knowledge of the motor insurance claims market.
• Ability to work proactively and autonomously to address client challenges.
• Sound understanding of MI reporting with a keen eye for detail.
