Client Services Administrator – Financial Services

About the role

We are seeking a Client Services Administrator to support a well‑established independent financial advisory practice in Godalming. The role will involve handling client onboarding, documentation and compliance tasks for a portfolio of high‑net‑worth families and individuals.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and verify client personal details and investment information.
• Prepare letters of authority, valuation reports and meeting documentation.
• Conduct AML checks and liaise with product providers.
• Onboard new clients onto the firm’s platforms and maintain accurate records.
• Assist advisers with administrative support and coordinate with paraplanners.

Required profile

• Experience in financial administration or client services within a wealth management environment.
• Familiarity with compliance procedures, particularly AML regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client files.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the “Intelligent Office” system.
• Working knowledge of platforms such as Quilter, Aviva, Elevate, Standard Life Wrap and Transact.
