Client Services Associate – French Speaker (2027 start)

About the role

Third Bridge Group is seeking a motivated Client Services Associate who is fluent in French to join its fast‑paced research team in 2027. You will be at the centre of the business, connecting industry experts with demanding clients such as private‑equity firms, hedge funds and consultancies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, cold‑call and engage subject‑matter experts across multiple sectors.
• Schedule and coordinate high‑calibre expert calls, often under tight deadlines.
• Understand client briefs, match them with appropriate experts, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Cross‑sell Third Bridge services, including content library access, surveys and advisory solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes in the internal CRM system.

Required profile

• Business‑level fluency in French (written and oral, C1 or higher).
• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence making phone calls.
• Curiosity, quick learning ability and resilience in a target‑driven environment.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and think on your feet.
