About the role
The Client Solutions Manager (CSM) for Meta’s Global Business Group partners with strategic advertisers in Turkey to drive successful Meta advertising campaigns. You will act as a consultative product expert, advising on strategy, media planning, creative, technology integration, and measurement across ecommerce, retail and other verticals.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, design and implement marketing solutions that deliver measurable business results for top clients.
- Develop vertical expertise through industry research, leveraging first‑party data, ecommerce platforms and attribution systems.
- Collaborate with Client Partners to craft Meta strategies, media plans, creative guidance and measurement recommendations.
- Provide dedicated account management, optimizing strategic account plans and using data to create business solutions.
- Lead cross‑functional project teams, managing complex work streams and analytics dashboards for client reporting.
- Advise clients on media, creative strategy, planning, measurement and campaign optimization to meet KPIs.
- Manage internal account operations, including revenue delivery, troubleshooting and real‑time optimization recommendations.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in customer acquisition and performance‑driven marketing.
