Clinic Operations Manager – Medispa

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised Clinic Operations Manager to run the day‑to‑day activities of a busy medispa in Braintree. You will be the central hub linking clients, practitioners, suppliers and senior management, ensuring smooth operations even during peak periods.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client bookings, appointments and enquiries, converting leads into confirmed visits.
• Oversee financial administration including deposits, payments and daily reporting.
• Coordinate staff rotas, scheduling and team communications.
• Maintain stock levels, place orders and manage supplier relationships.
• Develop and enforce operational processes, procedures and standards.
• Monitor client experience, retention and overall clinic performance.
