Clinical Applications Specialist – Monitoring Analytics (London & South‑Central)

About the role

As a Clinical Applications Specialist you will promote Philips Healthcare solutions across the London and South‑Central region, delivering high‑quality clinical and technical support to maximise customer satisfaction and patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Philips Healthcare solutions during customer visits, product demonstrations, seminars and trade shows.
• Provide comprehensive training to end users, technicians and operators on new and existing monitoring equipment.
• Support new product launches and deliver application reports after each visit.
• Collect and report customer feedback, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Assist the sales force during acquisition and stay up‑to‑date with clinical application developments.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a clinical setting using monitoring devices.
• In‑depth knowledge of monitoring products; experience with ECG systems is advantageous.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written) and local language.
• Experience or qualification in teaching/training.
