Clinical Pharmacist – Hospital Pharmacy

About the role

Cleveland Clinic London is seeking a qualified Clinical Pharmacist to join its 24/7 Pharmacy team. You will work in a high‑acuity environment, supporting patient safety through advanced medication management and digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support development, validation and maintenance of the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) and related pharmacy‑automation medication databases.
• Provide day‑to‑day clinical pharmacy services across defined clinical areas, including night‑shift coverage.
• Ensure safe and secure medicines management practices in all clinical settings.
• Assist multidisciplinary staff with medicines‑related education and professional development.
• Participate in innovation projects related to medicines management and automation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent).
• Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
• Demonstrated competence in general clinical practice, covering medicine and surgery.
• Experience applying clinical reasoning to complex patient cases.
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience and involvement in project work.
