About the role

Cleveland Clinic London is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join its 24/7 Pharmacy team. The role is full‑time, covering weekdays and nights, and supports a high‑acuity environment with cutting‑edge technology.

Key responsibilities

• Support development, validation and maintenance of the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) and related medication databases.
• Provide day‑to‑day clinical pharmacy services across defined clinical areas.
• Ensure safe and secure medicines management practices in clinical settings.
• Assist multidisciplinary staff with medicines‑related education and development.
• Participate in medicines‑management innovation projects.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent).
• Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
• Demonstrated competence in general clinical practice, including medicine and surgery.
• Experience applying clinical reasoning to complex patient cases.
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience and involvement in project work.
