About the role
As a Clinical Pharmacist based in North London, you will deliver patient‑centered pharmaceutical care across hospitals and clinics, ensuring medicines are used safely and effectively to improve health outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert pharmaceutical advice and medication management to patients in hospital and community settings.
- Conduct medication audits and reviews to optimise therapy and reduce errors.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote safe and effective medicine use.
- Monitor patient outcomes and intervene when necessary to enhance treatment efficacy.
