Clinical Pharmacist – Primary Care (Hybrid)

About the role

Interface Clinical Services, an IQVIA business, is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to work across Somerset in a hybrid model (approximately 40% remote, 60% in GP surgeries). You will use your clinical expertise to support patients with long‑term conditions in primary care and help practices optimise their medication management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical tools and resources to practices for managing chronic conditions.
• Ensure delivery of services within established protocols, operating instructions and systems.
• Identify opportunities for clinical reviews at practice, PCN or CCG level.
• Promote awareness of Interface Clinical Services within primary care and build lasting relationships with NHS organisations.

Required profile

• GPhC‑registered pharmacist.
• MPharm degree (essential).
• CPPE / PCPEP qualification (desirable).
• Experience in community or primary‑care pharmacy (desirable).
• Willingness to travel and work remotely as required.
• Strong passion for improving patients’ long‑term health.
