Clinical Trial Manager I – Late Phase (French) – Hybrid, London

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a French‑speaking Clinical Trial Manager I to lead late‑phase, single‑sponsor studies on a hybrid basis in London. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, CROs and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritise multiple tasks, plan proactively and achieve goals using clear instructions.
• Lead and participate in project meetings and conference calls with CROs, vendors and multi‑functional teams.
• Anticipate obstacles, develop solutions and keep study timelines up to date.
• Support abstract, oral and manuscript development activities.
• Collaborate with other functional areas to resolve routine study issues.
• Develop tools and processes that improve project efficiency.
• Assist in training Clinical Trials Management Associates (CTMAs) and Clinical Project Assistants (CPAs).
• Help select and coordinate CROs or vendors.
• Contribute to departmental and inter‑departmental strategic initiatives.
• Review routine data and prepare safety, interim and final study reports.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong organisational and proactive planning abilities.
• Experience managing late‑phase clinical trial activities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with CROs, vendors and internal teams.
• Comfort with hybrid work arrangements.
