Club Manager – 5‑a‑Side Football Centre

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Club Manager to lead a 5‑a‑side football complex in Surrey. You will own the day‑to‑day sales and operations, ensuring the venue runs smoothly and reaches its financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue by maximizing pitch utilisation, attracting repeat customers, corporate leagues and community groups.
• Oversee all operational aspects, including staffing, scheduling, bar management and facility maintenance.
• Develop, train and motivate a team of receptionists, referees and support staff.
• Monitor financial KPIs such as league bookings, standard games, children’s parties, bar takings and overall capacity.
• Implement marketing initiatives and local partnerships with schools and football coaches.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a multi‑function leisure venue (e.g., bar, restaurant, gym, sports club).
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales and financial targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with customers and partners.
• Organised and able to manage a diverse team while handling flexible shift patterns.
