Club Receptionist – Member Concierge at Luxury Health Club

About the role

We are looking for a Club Receptionist to join the Member Concierge team at our new Third Space club in Queen’s Park, London. The role is the first point of contact for members, delivering a five‑star experience in a luxury health‑club environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests, providing courteous and efficient service.
• Handle member enquiries, bookings and complaints, ensuring swift resolution.
• Manage early‑duty responsibilities, including opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain the reception area to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Support the team in delivering exceptional member satisfaction throughout operating hours (5:00‑23:00).

Required profile

• Passion for delivering five‑star customer service.
• Calm under pressure and able to manage demanding member situations.
• Flexible to work early and late shifts.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a good level of English (verbal and written).
• Self‑motivated, enthusiastic team player.
