About the role
The Cluster Manager will lead a group of five VPZ stores across South Wales, coaching store managers and their teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee 15‑20 employees across five stores (Swansea, Bridgend, Port Talbot, Merthyr & Pontypridd).
- Maximise store potential and revenue through effective merchandising and sales strategies.
- Work closely with store managers to implement training, drive performance and maintain operational standards.
- Support teams in meeting and exceeding commercial targets while aligning with company strategy and brand values.
Required profile
- Proven track record as a manager in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Experience managing multiple sites is beneficial.
- Strong focus on customer service and sales.
- Valid driver’s licence.

- £35,000 per annum base salary.
