About the role
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join a leading agricultural machinery manufacturer in Truro. The position offers a balanced 4‑day working week with Fridays off, allowing you to focus on precision manufacturing while enjoying a healthy work‑life balance.
Key responsibilities
- Set up, operate and program CNC milling machines to produce bespoke components.
- Set up, operate and program CNC turning machines for specialist parts.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a CNC machinist or programmer.
- Desire for a manageable working week with Fridays off.
- Ability to commute to Truro.
