CNC Machinist – 5 Axis Milling & Lathes

About the role

Join a fast‑growing, internationally‑active manufacturer of precision components for aerospace, defence and robotics. As a senior CNC Machinist you will set up, operate and program a range of 5‑axis CNC mills and lathes, working within a tight‑knit workshop team and training junior operatives.

Key responsibilities

• Work on dynamic manufacturing projects for key growth sectors.
• Set up, operate and program 5‑axis CNC milling and turning machines.
• Act as a go‑to machinist in the new factory and mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate with the team on business strategy and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the company’s growth through equity participation and progression opportunities.

Required profile

• Experienced CNC Machinist or similar professional.
• Motivated to join a high‑growth, dynamic organisation.
• Commutes to Bermondsey (London) and can work on‑site.
