CNC Operator – Precision Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to join an industry‑leading aerospace engineering firm in Rochester. You will work on a dedicated manufacturing team producing precision‑engineered components to exact specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CNC turning and milling machines, as well as manual turning, milling and drilling equipment.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Use precision measuring instruments to verify component tolerances.
• Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.

Required profile

• Proven experience using CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work accurately with precision measuring tools.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

What we offer

• Full‑time permanent role (48 hours per week) – Mon‑Thu 6:00‑16:30, Fri 6:00‑14:30.
