Coffee Shop Supervisor – Swansea Services

About the role

As a Supervisor you will act as the store manager’s right‑hand, leading the team and running the Costa coffee shop at Swansea Services as if it were your own. You’ll be an enthusiastic brand ambassador, serving coffee, tea and specialty beverages while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve brand standards and excellent customer service.
• Drive sales and control costs to maximise profit.
• Process stock counts and orders.
• Partner with the Store Manager to set and meet team targets.
• Coach team members, provide feedback and identify training needs.
• Handle customer feedback promptly and appropriately.
• Support the team in preparing food and refreshments.

Required profile

• Previous experience of leading or supervising a team (highly desirable).
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in decision‑making.
• Ability to work independently and make reasoned decisions under pressure.
• Ambition to progress into management, whether currently a shift manager, team leader, duty manager or crew member.
