Commercial Account Handler - Insurance

About the role

Everywhen, the UK's largest independent insurance broker and part of the Ardonagh Group, is recruiting a Commercial Account Handler for its general insurance business in Leicester. The role is hybrid, Monday to Friday with weekends off, and pays a competitive salary depending on experience, with a bonus structure.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for a designated portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and supporting them with their insurance needs.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build rapport with clients.

Required profile

• Experience in commercial insurance is a must.
• A positive, proactive attitude and a drive to deliver the best client experience.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn; the company supports qualifications such as CII or ACII.
• Confident communication over the phone and face to face.
• Collaborative spirit and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• Integrity and honesty, essential in a regulated industry.
