About the role

Join a fast‑growing tech company as part of a brand‑new Commercial Associate Graduate Scheme. You will develop a deep understanding of the business offering and work directly with inbound prospects to build lasting client relationships across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Learn the company’s products and services to confidently engage prospects.
• Manage your own sales territory, visiting client sites and nurturing relationships.
• Negotiate, close and sign contracts with key decision‑makers.
• Act as the central liaison between customers and internal teams such as Sales, Delivery, Legal and Product.
• Support existing customers with contractual changes and upsell opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education.
• Exceptional communication, listening and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a target‑driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, staying composed under pressure.
• Quick learner, adaptable and logical thinker.
