Commercial Client Partner

About the role

Vodafone Intelligent Solutions is seeking a Commercial Client Partner to manage the commercial relationship with its largest strategic OpCo market customers. This role will oversee the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, ensuring obligations are met and driving revenue, cost efficiency, and margin improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Execute all commercial contractual obligations throughout the contract life, maintaining post‑contract P&L responsibility for revenue, margin, cost, and risk.
• Collaborate with Customer Account Leads to define and implement optimal commercial strategies for each market.
• Provide commercial leadership and strategic advice to senior stakeholders, preparing executive briefings on performance and growth opportunities.
• Act as the escalation point for commercial issues post‑signature, managing senior stakeholder communications and resolutions.
• Lead contractual change management and in‑life governance, tracking P&L impact and delivering ad‑hoc reporting and analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders and internal senior leaders across Service Towers and other functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing commercial contracts for large strategic OpCo customers.
• Demonstrated ownership of P&L and ability to drive incremental revenue and margin improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior executives.
• Ability to lead contractual change processes and provide strategic commercial recommendations.
