Commercial Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Coordinator to join a well‑established company in Milton Keynes. The role supports the Senior Commercial Coordinator by preparing, analysing and reporting commercial data, ensuring pricing consistency and profitability across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, analyse and submit design‑change quotations and RFQs for cost reduction.
• Manage trial and service part orders, coordinating internally to meet delivery deadlines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers via email and telephone.
• Maintain quotations, price tracking and month‑end reporting using Excel.
• Conduct margin checks and work with the accounts team on invoice pricing and purchase orders.
• Support the Deputy Sales Account Manager with data downloads and ad‑hoc management studies.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase departmental efficiency.
• Maintain internal auditing systems and perform other duties as required by the line manager.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of finance and pricing.
• Experience in sales, administration, customer service or account management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Valid full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
