Commercial Coordinator – Plumpton Estates

About the role

The College is looking for a proactive, commercially‑minded Commercial Coordinator to develop and grow revenue streams across Plumpton Estates. You will support the farm’s product range, manage the online Shopify store and help identify new commercial opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new commercial opportunities, focusing on farm products and digital sales.
• Analyse sales data and market trends to recommend improvements.
• Work with farm staff to plan and optimise production of food, plants and livestock for sale.
• Maintain and update the College’s Shopify store, ensuring accurate listings, pricing and stock.
• Develop digital marketing initiatives to promote products and drive online sales.
• Liaise with internal teams, students, parents and external partners on commercial initiatives.
• Act as first point of contact for commercial enquiries and provide customer service.
• Prepare reports and presentations on commercial performance for senior leadership.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory and compliance with health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Identify process and digital improvements to enhance commercial operations.
