Commercial Coordinator – Sales Support & Project Administration

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Coordinator to join our growing commercial team in Milton Keynes. This newly created, full‑time position will support sales, projects, tenders and customer enquiries across a busy commercial function.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries from first contact through quotation, order processing and after‑sales support.
• Assist with the preparation of tenders, cost estimates and commercial reporting.
• Provide project administration support to ensure efficient and commercially successful delivery.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams to coordinate project activities.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Previous experience in a commercial, sales support, estimating, contracts or project coordination environment.
• Experience using CRM systems is highly advantageous.

• Salary range £32,000 – £35,000 per year.
