About the role

Everywhen, a UK-based broking and advisory arm of the Ardonagh Group, is looking for an experienced leader to join its team as Commercial Insurance Director in Tonbridge. The role sits within a growing branch and focuses on growth, offering clients solutions from a wide range of brands and products. It is a hybrid position.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of Account Executives
• Mentor colleagues and drive their personal development
• Deliver the growth ambitions and initiatives for the branch
• Lead retention efforts across the existing client portfolio
• Contribute to the placement strategy and insurer engagement

Required profile

• Previous experience in the insurance industry
• Fundamental knowledge of the commercial side of insurance broking
• Proactive, entrepreneurial approach to identifying business growth opportunities
• Collaborative, resilient and able to adapt to change
• Demonstrates integrity, essential in a financially regulated organisation
