About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead our insurance business in the South East region. You will work with a dynamic team, building strong client relationships and delivering tailored insurance solutions across the Ardonagh Group portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of ambitious Account Executives.
• Mentor colleagues, driving personal and professional growth.
• Deliver growth targets and strategic initiatives for the branch.
• Lead retention efforts across the existing client portfolio.
• Contribute to placement strategy and insurer engagement.
