Commercial Disputes Paralegal

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Disputes Paralegal to join our growing boutique firm in London. The role is permanent and offers a hybrid working model, allowing you to work both from the office and remotely while supporting a diverse portfolio of commercial dispute matters.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior fee‑earners on high‑calibre corporate, regulatory and tax dispute cases.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, statements of case and other dispute‑related documentation.
• Manage case files, organise evidence and liaise with clients, including sports, media and high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Support the preparation of court bundles and coordinate with external counsel.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant legislation and procedural rules.

Required profile

• LLB or PGDL qualification with strong academic performance.
• Previous exposure to disputes or litigation work is advantageous.
• Proactive, driven and eager to develop legal expertise.
