Commercial Electrician – Team Lead (Full‑time)

About the role

Hybrid Asset Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Commercial Electrician to lead a team of electricians across a portfolio of prestigious commercial sites. You will work on‑site in Swinton and surrounding areas, delivering high‑quality electrical services and responding to emergency call‑outs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of electricians on multiple projects.
• Perform inspection and testing in line with City & Guilds 2394 and 2395 standards.
• Ensure compliance with 18th Edition regulations and health & safety requirements.
• Provide first‑point contact for out‑of‑hours emergencies as part of a rotating on‑call rota.
• Produce accurate site reports and maintain transparent communication with clients.

Required profile

• Established electrician with a proven track record in commercial environments.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate work across several sites.
• Willingness to participate in a week‑on, week‑off 24‑hour on‑call rota.

Required skills

• JIB Approved
• Inspection & testing to City & Guilds 2394 and 2395
• Knowledge of 18th Edition regulations
• Valid CSCS card
